➡️ One exception: leashes with a defect in metal hardware or plastic buckles can be exchanged only, within 30 days of purchase. We will not exchange, repair or refund any leashes due to defects or wear in webbing or fabric

➡️ Cancellations: cancellations will only be applied if requested within 2 hours of order.

➡️ Lost Packages: Please contact us if you feel your package has been lost on route. No refunds or replacements will be issued before 30 days after estimated arrival date. Please consider purchasing the package tracking add on. If your package is deemed lost and we agree to send a replacement, the buyer is responsible for purchasing the tracking add on before the replacement is sent.
