Product Description:
➡️ Our collars are made with printed 100% cotton fabric that is backed with a solid coordinating fabric wrapped around mold and mildew resistant polypropylene webbing making for a strong quality crafted collar.
➡️ Extra small and cat collars are not backed with a solid coordinating fabric.
➡️ Backing color and stitching color may vary from photo. If you would like a specific backing or stitching color, please include this as a comment at time of ordering.
➡️ Hardware is welded steel with a nickel coating.
Buckles are YKK plastic.
➡️ Our collars are quick to dry and easy to wash, just toss them in the washer and lay flat to dry.

❓How to choose a size: Before selecting a size please measure around the top of your dogs head just in front of the ears, behind the ears and around the neck. Choose the size that fits the biggest measurement.

🌟 Returns/Refunds 🌟

🛑 All items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

➡️ One exception: collars with a defect in metal hardware or plastic buckles can be exchanged only, within 30 days of purchase. We will not exchange, repair or refund any collars due to defects or wear in fabric.

➡️ Size exchanges: if the wrong size was ordered, the buyer must contact Hen and Goose within 30 days of purchase date. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. The buyer is also responsible for a $5.00 re-stocking and shipping fee. All returned items must be received by Hen and Goose prior to shipment of a replacement item. The original collar must be in excellent condition at the time of exchange. The buyer is responsible for purchasing tracking when sending the collar back to us and when we send the adjusted collar back to the buyer. If the collar is lost on its way to us or on its way back to the buyer, Hen and Goose will not be responsible for a replacement or refund.

➡️ Cancellations: cancellations will only be applied if requested within 2 hours of order.

➡️ Lost Packages: Please contact us if you feel your package has been lost on route. No refunds or replacements will be issued before 30 days after estimated arrival date. Please consider purchasing the package tracking add on. If your package is deemed lost and we agree to send a replacement, the buyer is responsible for purchasing the tracking add on before the replacement is sent.

 

Items are made to order. Items take 1-2 weeks from time of order to dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery times will vary upon destination location.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
