One exception: Collars with a defect in metal hardware or plastic buckles can be exchanged only, within 30 days of purchase. We will not exchange, repair or refund any collars due to defects or wear in fabric.
Size Exchanges: We will only offer exchanges on size errors. The buyer is responsible for ensuring they choose the correct size for their pet. If a size exchange is needed, the buyer is responsible for shipping (and associated costs) the collar back to H&G, plus a $5.00 CND restocking fee.

Lost Packages: Please contact us if you feel your package has been lost on route. No refunds or replacements will be issued before 30 days after estimated arrival date. Please consider purchasing the package tracking add on. If your package is deemed lost and we agree to send a replacement, the buyer is responsible for purchasing the tracking add on before the replacement is sent.
